2013 BADMINTON CAMP
Ly Sports is offering a high performance training
camp sponsored by Yonex. The camp will be led by
varsity badminton coach, Clovis McLaughlin, and
some of Ontario's top players. Beginning
participants will learn the fundamentals of
competitive badminton, specifically how to
improve their footwork, techniques of smashing,
controlling the bird and maximizing power.
Advance participants will have the opportunity
to work closely with the coaches in many intensive
skill training drills geared towards improving
defensive and offensive play.
