Upon approval , Ly Sports will only accept unused and unworn items in their original packaging
with the manufacturer’s tags attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of shipping to be
eligible for refund/exchange. For hygienic reasons, fins and goggles are non-returnable (unless the
item has a manufacturing defect). Manufacturing defects for all items must be reported within 15
days of receipt.*

- You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return/exchange
- If the manufacturing tags have been removed or if the item is worn, the item is not eligible for a
- Un-authorized returns/exchanges will not be honoured
- All returned goods may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order up until the order has shipped at no penalty . After the item has shipped, you
will be responsible for shipping costs associated with order cancellation.
I ordered a size that does not fit me. What is the fastest way to get it exchanged for the correct size?
The fastest way to get the correct size shipped is to contact one of our store associates to arrange the
switch. Following approval, you will need to return the item that does not fit in original packaging and
we will promptly ship the correct size needed.
Can I order online and Pick-up in store?
Yes. You can order online and pick up from our retail location at 1315 Wyandotte St. E, Windsor ON .
Your order will not be available immediately . We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.
