If you’re checking out this page, you probably need to return an item.
First, relax! We want everything to fit and feel great so you have confidence in the water.
Please read the following before requesting a refund:
– To protect our customers, we will only accept unused and unworn items in their original packaging with original tags and hygienic sticker attached.
– Items must be returned within 30 days of shipping to be eligible for a refund.
– Manufacturing defects for all items must be reported within 15 days upon delivery.
– Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns.
– Once items have been inspected and approved for a refund, a refund will be issued towards the same method of payment less $9 plus taxes.
– US customers are not eligible for $9 Easy Returns. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize a return from the US.

CANCELLATIONS – Can I Cancel My Order?
Uh oh! Pressed the checkout button too soon? You may cancel your order up until the order has shipped at no penalty. Products with custom embroidery cannot be cancelled if the embroidery process has started. After the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the order.
EXCHANGES – I ordered a size that does not fit me. What is the fastest way to get it exchanged for the correct size?
We want you back at the pool asap, so the fastest way to get the correct size shipped is to request a refund using our $9 EASY RETURNS process. Once you have followed this return procedure, you may go ahead and place a new order. This ensures that we ship your product ASAP!
IN STORE PICKUP – Can I order online and pick it up in store?
Yes! Save on shipping AND come visit the store. Win, win! Order online and select “local pickup” from our retail location at 1315 Wyandotte St. E., Windsor, ON. We will notify you via email when your order is ready.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS – The item is now less than what I’ve paid. Will you refund the difference?
Ly Sports provides after-purchase price adjustments on items if the lesser price falls within 30 days of purchase.
How to get a price adjustment from Ly Sports:
For in-store purchases, bring the original sales receipt to our retail location. A credit will be issued in the form of a Ly Sports gift card. For online purchases, please contact customer service via email, live chat or phone with the item and order number. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment in 3-5 business days. The request for a price adjustment will be honoured on the current prices listed on the website.
Exclusions: Final sale and items discounted greater than 40% of original retail prices are not eligible. Ly Sports does not price-match other stores’ prices.
