Just a few things to know before placing your order…
1) The customer is responsible for paying any duties or fees on orders over $800.00, otherwise, it’s already covered in the shipping fee!
2) Our flat rate to the US is $16.99. However, some exclusions may apply for extra heavy packages or delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
3) It takes 7-10 business days for orders to reach their U.S destination, but in some instances, orders may take longer depending on approval to clear your parcel at US customs. Once sent, Ly Sports has no control over how long the order may be held at customs.
4) US customers are not eligible for $9 Easy Returns. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns.
5) Please note that the US currency listed on our website is strictly an estimate and reflects today’s current exchange rates. The exact exchange rate will be determined by your credit card provider. Canadian funds will be shown at checkout and will be automatically converted to USD by your credit card company.

I have received an email from Ly Sports. Does that mean my order has been shipped?
No, you will receive an email upon check out, confirming that your order has been placed. Afterwards you will receive a second email. This email will either:
- be a receipt, with your tracking information
- be from one of our associates, if we have any questions about your order
Am I able to track my order?
Yes! All orders are shipped via Canada Post and can be tracked using the Canada Post website. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
