Shipping - Ly Sports
I have received an email from Ly Sports Inc. Does that mean my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email upon check out, confirming that your order has been placed. Afterwards you will receive a second email. This email with either:
- be a receipt, with your tracking information
- be from one of our associates, if we have any questions about your order or if a products is unavailable
What are my shipping method options?
You can opt for the following shipping methods for your order within Canada:
Pick up from our location in Windsor. If you choose this method no shipping charges will apply. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up.
Canada Post Expedited. Expedited shipping has a flat-fee of $9.99.
*Expedited shipping may not apply to bulk team orders for fins, high volume/weight orders, or orders that have to ship in multiple boxes. If your order does not qualify for free shipping you will be contacted prior to being charged.
Why does my order sometimes arrive incomplete?
Many of our products are located in and shipped from multiple facilities. If your order contains numerous items, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure you receive your merchandise as quickly as possible. If this is the case, it should say on your packing slip that the order is shipping from multiple locations. Although more than one package is shipped, you will only be charged one shipping fee as displayed at the final step of checkout.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes! Orders are shipped with Canada Post and can be tracked using the Canada post website.
